Join us October 19th 2013!!!

On October 16th 2010 we hosted our first ride!

Each year we've listened to our riders and tried to make sure that every complaint (within reason) has been addressed. We've also brainstormed for ideas on what we would like to see in a ride and tried to implement those ideas. 2013, our 4th year, we're going to continue our efforts to make the Pumpkin Pursuit one of the best rides in the State!

"I've thought about it for 3 years and never done it..."

Well then, this is your year to start riding Pontotoc County! Our routes feature varied terrain from sections of flat, to hills hills hills. Last year we had more sponsors, more prizes, and more rain! Oh um... yeah. Well it rained last year, but that didn't stop 100+ riders from riding the event! We made sure everyone had a good time and made it to the finish. We'll always hang around until the last rider makes it in to the finish. We'll make sure that you get some refreshment before you head back home. Come out, take your time and enjoy the countryside in Pontotoc County. The roads are not too busy with traffic, so you'll have a safe and enjoyable ride no matter how long you're out there.

Registration will open July 1st 2013!

All proceeds to benefit the Valley View Foundation

The Valley View Foundation is the philanthropic organization of Valley View Regional Hospital. The Foundation is responsible for raising funds for the benefit of our local, community hospital. Monies raised by the Foundation are donated to the hospital. Several projects that have benefited from the generous support of our community include the Heart Cath Center and the Cancer Treatment Center. Equipment purchases include Pediatric Crash Carts for the use of our littlest patients.

The Ada area has a long standing tradition of supporting Valley View Regional Hospital. In the 1930's, community supporters rallied together to raise money to build the first Valley View. Throughout the years, the citizens of this 9 county area have enjoyed quality healthcare, close to home. The continued support of the community will ensure that our children and grandchildren will enjoy the same high quality healthcare for years to come.
